1, Sump: 5,000 to 10,000 Litres.
2, Structure: As per plan with solid bricks.
3, Steel: ISI mark TMT.
4, Sand: Quality river sand, robo sand and M sand.
5, Cement: Birla super cement for concrete work and koramandal, zuwari, ACC 43grade for Plastering.
6, Painting: Interior Asian emulsion with two coat birla putty and exterior Asian water proof.
7, Flooring: Granite, Vitrified Tiles, marble.
8, Main Door: Teak with wooden polish.
9, Remaining Doors and windows: Honne / Neem Frames with Honne Shutters or Aluminium windows (as per client choice).
10, Modular electrical switches and wires: Anchor / Finolex.
11, Pipes: Asirvad for plumbing Etc.
12, Fittings: parryware / hindware / jaquar.

2 (Standard) Rs, 1,65,000/- Granite with standard materials, MS railings, teak wood, hone wood, asian water proof painting, parrys fittings, ashirwad pipes, anchor wires and switches, flush doors, etc.

3 (Premium) Rs, 1,85,000/- granite with premium materials, fall sealing, SS railings, teak wood, hone wood, birla putty, asian water proof painting, parrys fittings, ashirwad pipes, anchor / finolex wires and switches, flush doors, etc.

NOTE: We do with material And labor contract. We will give you clear break up for material on the meeting. Material can be customizing as per Owner's choice.
